Which personal data do I process?

When you request information or purchase an illustration, Ez Silva (Silva Concepts) asks for personal data. These personal data are provided directly to Ez Silva. This concerns, among other things, name, (email) address and telephone number.

Ez Silva asks permission from the parents/legal representative for the processing of data from persons younger than 16 years of age.

Processing personal data includes registering, storing, using and viewing personal data.

Ez Silva adheres to the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

Ez Silva uses these personal data

• for executing the agreement/purchase order
• to contact you 
• for financial settlement/payment
• for marketing
• to inform about Ez Silva/Silva Concepts. For example with e-mails, newsletters or via social media.

 

Purposes

The processing of personal data takes place for the following purposes:

• for the execution of the agreement
• there is a legitimate interest
• on the basis of a legal obligation
• you give yourself permission

 

Ez Silva handles personal data with care and takes the necessary technical and organizational protection measures.

 

Provision of your personal data to third parties

In principle, Ez Silva will only provide your personal data to third parties if you have given permission for this yourself. The provision of data without your consent takes place if this is necessary to be able to execute the agreement or if Ez Silva is required to provide data on the basis of a legal obligation.

 

Ez Silva does not pass on personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

 

Data retention

Ez Silva does not store personal data longer than is strictly necessary. In some cases, the law determines how long data may or must be kept. Customer data are stored for a maximum of 7 years after the end of the customer relationship.

Ez Silva asks verification questions to identify you. You will receive an answer as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

To file a complaint
